We are back again in Auckland /Devonport with Louise and Steven. Our time in New Zealand is slowly running out. We have to return Betty, the car and repack our stuff which has miraculously increased. Still struggling with our flight. The problem is that we have a flight from Wellington to Auckland, 4 hours at the airport then off to Sydney. We wanted to cancel the first one but although we tried everything it’s not possible unless we are willing to pay 2500€ extra. So we need to organise a bus and accommodation to/in Wellington just to fly back to Auckland. Thank you Emirates and sta-travel.
But we got to spend some more time in the city and catch up on Australia’s ‘marriage at first sight’. Louise got me hooked. As a goodbye treat for us and our friends we went to a really authentic southern Indian restaurant and all the Indian memories came back.
