After a long sleep and a good breakfast in our cabin we watched the ship arrive in Rosslare. We are finally in Ireland and just a 2 to 3 hours drive from Drogheda, our final destination – at least we thought so. At the end we were in the car for another almost 7 hours with a stop in Maynooth. This is the town where Bill and I lived while Bill was studying. It was great to be back and show the kids around the university grounds. But the highlight of course was seeing Nana Lolo (Bill’s mum)..
