This is our last destination in India ðŸ˜. A city of eight million people and the capital of the state Tamil Nadu. Our first hotel seemed so nice but turned into a nightmare:
1. The owner or care taker didn’t bother to show up for 5 hours and we didn’t want to leave the place with all our stuff there as we couldn’t lock this converted primary school.
2. It was a mossi paradise. We killed 50 of these blood suckers in only less than half an hour – and there were no nets.
3. When the care taker finally arrived at about half eight he was drunk, didn’t speak English and didn’t seem to be happy to be here at all. When we wanted our money back and go somewhere else he refused to hand out the full amount.
So we did stay for one night. All four sideways in two single beds pushed together, squeezed under our mosquito net. I could hardly wait for the morning…
