We have to get back into the car. My mood is rotten already, but the car seems to be doing well. Maybe, because we drive with open windows and full heating or it just needed a rest like we did. Stop for little walks in the Catlins National Park.
At the end of the day we pitch the tent in Curios Bay near a petrified forest and the penguins 🐧 which we unfortunately miss… But the scenery and the rough wind make this place really atmospheric. Unfortunately it starts to rain but there’s a kitchen to spend the evening in.
