Our tour comes to an end today. We drive back to Windhoek and straight to the camping equipment hire place. There we get locked in due to an open bill of 550 N$ (35€) for the lost mattress which the German woman requires of Eneas and his partner. She is very apologetic towards us but very firm with Eneas and his partner Brian who finally shows up with the money ignoring us completely. A lost friendship? Anyway we get to our new apartment (small and dirty kitchen and floors but safe and clean comfortable beds), store our luggage and head off into town to give Patricia a chance to clean this place and to have a meeting with Enaes and Brian of what went wrong on the tour and who’s responsible for the costs. Not very pleasant. It turns out to be far better than expected. Brian is willing to pay us some money back, we ‘stay’ friends and we got some coffee as a present on top of it. But the atmosphere remains weird.All happily united…
